01What is IEAF 2027?+
IEAF is a curated international eyewear platform connecting independent brands with India’s retailers, distributors and optical professionals through exhibition, media and structured market access.
02When and where is the founding edition?+
The founding Delhi edition is planned for 9–11 January 2027 in Hall 1, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, India.
03Who should apply?+
Independent international eyewear brands with a distinctive collection, a credible brand proposition and serious interest in assessing or developing the Indian market.
04What is the participation fee?+
The founding participation fee is €4,500 plus applicable taxes. Payment is structured in two 50% instalments under the signed participation agreement.
05How many products should a brand present?+
The working presentation range is 35–50 eyewear samples. The final selection and handling instructions are agreed during onboarding.
06Does participation guarantee orders or a distributor?+
No. IEAF creates qualified exposure, captures conditional commercial interest and supports relevant introductions; it does not promise orders, distribution or a specific commercial outcome.
07What market feedback will we receive?+
Participating brands receive a confidential India Market Response Report summarising relevant reaction, recurring signals, priority observations and recommended next steps.
08What does Optician India provide?+
Optician India contributes optical-industry authority, editorial context, professional audience reach and agreed media activity around the platform.
09What is Pro-Kit 5’s role?+
Pro-Kit 5 leads international strategy, brand recruitment, commercial coordination, onboarding, execution and market-access follow-through.
10What does the fee not automatically include?+
Travel, accommodation, freight, customs, insurance and services not specifically stated in the signed participation agreement should be treated as separate costs.
11Can Indian retailers and distributors register?+
Yes. Indian optical retailers, distributors, buyers, professionals, media and potential industry partners can register their interest through the dedicated India page.
12What is the first step for a brand?+
Complete the expression-of-interest form. Suitable brands will be contacted for a qualification conversation. Founding confirmations close 31 August 2026.
